Quantum Insights is my go-to organization for market research. Linda Marholin and her team have completed two market research projects for Gerber Technology in the past year – both with very aggressive timelines and cost constraints. Quantum always delivers.

Following a relatively short conversation in which my colleagues and I communicate the end goal of the project, Linda is able to digest oftentimes highly technical information, probe with the right questions and return within 48 hours with an outline of the survey structure. In our most recent market research project, we targeted both small and large companies in several countries throughout Europe with a qualitative/quantitative survey.

With Quantum, you’ll never be left wondering where the project stands. Linda communicated weekly via phone or email to provide key stats on the project – number of surveys completed, etc. as well as an estimate of time to completion.
