Susan Nowak, Research Manager: Susan has over 20 years of experience in market research analysis and project management, on both the client and supplier sides. Susan has particular expertise in business-to-business research for large, multinational corporations, with a focus on qualitative research and in-depth interviewing. Her strengths as an interviewer enable her to derive rich and insightful learnings from senior management level executives and decision-makers, including product/service satisfaction, reactions to new product and service concepts, factors driving product and provider selection decisions, attitudes and perceptions of new technologies, competitors’ offerings, pricing/value, and marketing communications.
Susan has worked closely with clients in the Property/Casualty, Group Benefits, Investment, and Healthcare industries. She spends time with her clients on upfront research design to ensure she understands their business challenges, industry, competitors, and specific research objectives. This ensures that research results are on-point and recommendations are reasonable, relevant, and actionable.
Susan holds a B.S. in Marketing from Western New England College, and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
