Patricia Callahan

Patricia Callahan, Research Manager:  Patricia brings two decades of quantitative market research experience to Quantum Insights’ projects.  She worked on the client side with research-committed companies like The Hartford Financial Services Group and Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection & Insurance Company.  Patti also worked on the supply side with Stratman Group and as the president of her own consulting company.

Patti has extensive experience developing and implementing customer service programs and customer satisfaction studies.  She has conducted, collaborated and consulted on all phases of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty measurement for business units across organizations.  Initiatives implemented based on research recommendations resulted in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, addressed and decreased billing problems, and set standards for timeliness of issuing policies among many other outcomes.  Patti earned her B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
